Managed Remote Communication provides strong communication infrastructure for industry solutions provided (please see Solutions) enabling managed and secured IP connectivity between Customers' field devices, machines, IT systems and users globally. Through this service Customers see their field devices and machines as they would be at their LAN. This easy-to-buy, easy-to-use everywhere where Internet is available and easy-to-budget service is charged as monthly based or otherwise agreed. The best network technology is chosen by Emtele according to the locations of Customer devices and machines. So far the most common default networks are satellite and GPRS.
The communication center system and personnel provides (5/8, 24/7 or other) support for service usage and fault management.

Emtele provides also loose products considering its service areas and sectors in which Emtele has special equipment expertise. These products are the core or default elements of Emtele services like communication modems and cards, antennas and different kind of network subscriptions.
Communication devices available for M2M-usage and also field service personnel communication:

For total cost efficiency usually local operators' SIM's are utilised in GPRS/EDGE networks.
