Tapio Hintikka has extremely wide experience from top management and operational positions e.g. in Hackman (CEO), Nokia (EXC VP) and Rauma-Repola (EXC VP). He has been the major architect of reorganizing large corporate structures from national businesses into global leaders in the selected strategic business areas. His management competence varies from manufacturing industry to ICT business. He has made several major financial arrangements for large enterprises including areas of mergers and acquisitions. He has also managed competence and new business development.

Professor Laamanen holds a professorship in strategic management at Helsinki University of Technology. He is and has been a board member or advisory board member of several Finnish technology-based firms and professional associations. He has acted as a strategic advisor to firms operating in the banking, electronics, information and communications, media, metals and machinery, pharmaceuticals, and pulp and paper sectors. Professor Laamanen has a doctor's degree in strategy from Helsinki University of Technology and a doctor's degree in finance from Helsinki School of Economics.

Geniem Oy has grown from since establishing to a international On-Device Portals mobile software company serving large enterprises like e.g. Nokia, SonyEricsson, Standard Chartered Bank, Santander Bank, Meridea Financial Software, Fremantle Media, Multichoice, In-Fusio, Netsize and SonyBMG.

Hannu Martikainen, Chief Executive Officer, is formerly Vice President, Business Development at TeliaSonera. He has worked for strategic renewal and offering development in major enterprises. He has extensive knowledge and experience in technology management. He has served Metso Corporation as a VP corporate technology management. He is a board member of Finnish Academies of Technology and chairman of the ICT advisory board. He has been in various positions responsible e.g. for international marketing, business development, venturing and RTD.

Formerly Director in TeliaSonera being responsible for new business development together with leading industrial customers and strategic partners in mobile communication services, machine communication and business-to-business services. He has been in managing consultant position at Accenture. He has worked together with global world leading companies in hi-tech, electronic, telecom, manufacturing, finance and bank, health-care and process (paper and steel) industry. He has been in manager position in global business development and ICT at Metso.

Joni Ekholm is former ICT Consultant, Manager of Programs and Projects and Quality Specialist at TeliaSonera. He has high expertise and competence in the area of large corporate customer ICT technology, mobile technologies and solutions, piloting and program management.
